republicans are assholes.
Of that there can be no doubt.
They make good party proles.
When wrong they shout and pout.

Idiot, bsbs is different in different states.
KY has no loaw like Michigan on the health care ins.
bc/bs is different companies, I think mine is bc/bs Anthem.

you stated that your insurance was more expensive because you had a pre-existing condition.....my insurance is provided by a company that is required to accept people with preexisting conditions....therefore, there is no reason that your insurance would be any more expensive than my insurance.....

Except thru most employer plans here in KY insurance companies are not required to cover pre existing conditions. They will sell you a policy and make you wait a year or so to get coverage for treatment of the pre existing condition. so yes they will cover if after a waiting period.

Ironic that PMP doesn't want the federal government to give you the same protections and rights the Michigan legislature gave him.

ironic that you think it's necessary to turn the insurance industry on it's head to accomplish what the Michigan legislature did by passing a simple law.....one sentence...."No company may deny insurance coverage to any person due to pre-existing conditions".....whoa, unanimous vote.....who saw that coming?

How did you deduce that I want to "turn the insurance industry on it's head"?

Let's test it right now, it's easier....will you join the rest of us in stating that HR 3200 must be rejected?.....do you support it or do you not...

It's not my decision to make. It's not the only alternative, anyway.

While it's not perfect, I'd say that doing nothing would be an unviable choice.

Read it, and tell me where it mandates "giving $10 billion to unions".

I'll wait.

fool, we've had this argument before....just go back to that thread and read the Detroit News article that quoted the UAW on the promises that they had received in exchange for their support.....you know perfectly well we quoted the provision of the act in that thread....I've already documented it more than once and I'm not going to go running back to it every time you deny something we all know is true, only to watch you ignore it again.....you know it's true and you know your denials are nothing more than an annoying game to you....you have been "pwned" so many times on this board you ought to make it your username.....
