One more time, the person was there to steal. Did he even know there was a summer program with 34 students? That would be in one classroom with maybe a couple of teachers.

He was trying to break into where 34 defenseless small children and unarmed teachers were.. Clearly he was a danger. He attacked two armed policemen . What do you think he would have done to a kid. If a 105 pound unarmed Ashli Babbitt was a danger surely this guy was real and present danger.
