Do you agree that anyone who is suicidal without good reason* is mentally ill? Paddock intended to commit suicide that night. If not by his own hand then suicide-by-cop. That's how both Salvador Ramos and Payton Gendron planned. Gendron is the rare instance where he changed his mind twice about pulling the trigger on himself.

If we agree that all of these suicidal/mass murderers are mentally ill, then shouldn't we look at upgrading mental health care as a solution? It'd also help with the 50,000ish suicides every year and domestic murders.

If you truly believe that the police are covering up Paddock's motives, what do you think those motives might be? Why would the police and their city bosses want to keep this secret?

Who says he wanted to commit suicide? The report says quite clearly he had no suicidal tendencies.

So from where did you get the conclusion that he wanted to commit suicide? The cops? What the fuck do they know?

Fact is, you don't know his motive any more than I do, which isn't any more than the cops do...so it's not a complete investigation because we still don't know why he did it.
