Which is just another way of saying what I just said. Democrats don't want a constitution, either at the national level or at the State level. Oligarchies are dictatorship by committee. Just look at the SDTC (what used to be California). It's gone so far it's a dictatorship now. King Newsom was even placing ads in Florida to try to get people to move back to the SDTC! THAT's deluded! THAT's desperation!
