California also has a LOT of poverty, inner city schools which are WAY under funded, and a bunch of immigrants who are lucky to make it to a classroom where they can understand the language being spoken.

It comes out in a wash over the all-white, all-American Oklahoma schools.

So when California is mentioned you seem to discover a lot of excuse....

it's all fine and well to make fun of Oklahoma, since most of them are pretty fricking stupid, but i'm guessing that other states wouldn't be a whole lot better.
