If there is a majority of sanity left in the U.S., democrats will maintain a strong lead in both the House and the Senate at realizing the so-called republican party as demonstrated is no longer a political party but a seditious and insurrectionist domestic terrorist cult at war against Democracy, society and anything else of a civilized nature.

The vote counters said he won, said it officially more than once. No one proved them wrong. Some who tried with lies to prove them wrong are being sued for defamation. The man who tells his millions what to think said he didn't win, however, so that is what his millions believe, or at least what they dutifully say they believe.

No. It's for a court, not one of Trump's legal blowhards, to say that particular election was unconstitutional.

The whole Stolen Election saga exists solely because of Trump. If he said tomorrow, "As you know, I don't make mistakes but I gotta admit I was misled by a few disloyal people about that election back in 2020.
So we are not going to talk about it anymore. Understand?", the Stolen Election would drop dead on the spot.

actually, its up to the state legislature......I seem to recall the GA legislature passed a law prohibiting a repeat of 2020, but it didn't go into effect until after the special election......

National elections are conducted by states in accordance with election laws enacted pursuant to the state constitutions, so it was up to the Georgia Supreme Court to invalidate the election or not, and it was not.

in many states that was not true.....feel free to prove it was true in Georgia........the legislature actually passed a law specifically prohibiting the procedures that were used in 2020 and not approved by the legislature prior to their being used.......remember when the demmycrats whined about the Georgia law?.....I believe a baseball game was even moved to Colorado because the idiots didn't like the fact they wouldn't be able have unconstitutional elections in the future......

I suppose that meant Republican dominated legislatures weren't happy with the absentee balloting measures they had approved. It definitely does not mean the election was unconstitutional.
