I don't know if it's only nuke documents, but I believe there is a difference between declassifying a document, and declassifying and then taking it on a tour of Russia.

I know that some top secret documents can be declassified and shared with an ally in a secure room. This is probably normal in some instances. I was under the impression that some documents cannot ever leave a secure room.

And...as the piece suggests, Biden could have reclassified them immediately.

Probably while he was waiting outside the White House the day he moved in. trump fired the chief usher, and sent the staff home that day so Biden would have an odd moment.

He thought he could run out the clock as he did for his entire tenure in the White House.

All of those in his orbit are continuing to obstruct justice, but there is simply too much time on the clock for them to be successful
