On that day it was a locked and guarded public building that was forcibly, destructively invaded by a mob. The single member of the mob who was shot was neither murdered, a legal term, or shot for trespassing.

She was standing next to two uniformed police officers who obviously didn't see her as a threat. They literally attacked Rand Paul in the streets and nobody was shot then. There needs to be a real investigation and criminal referral if Republicans retake the House, murder of political dissidents is a far higher priority than the use of agent provocateurs, they need to start with releasing the ten thousand hours of surveillance footage.

She was absolutely murderered for trespassing in a public building. That is the legal term and that's what happened it was third degree and possibly 2nd degree murder.
