Democracy or Fascism

I don't do clandestine schemes like you do, deep state fucko.
:truestory:
I'm not a pedo Nazi or a White Supremacist Extremist, Fredo. Do you agree anyone who is such a scumbag should face the full wrath of American justice?

If so, how long should they be locked up? If they are involved in killing people, do you think the death penalty should be applied?

You're a deep state fucko!
:magagrin
You're an anti-American, wannabe terrorist. Do you even vote, Fredo?

yet i am for gun rights and free speech.

you're with the totalitarian party.

you cannot run from this truth, fuckwad.

So do I. The difference between us is that you support murdering or imprisoning those who disagree with you and I support their unalienable rights.

You've repeatedly called me a Jew-sympathizing Globalist then you support this asshole:

What "oversight" clause are you referencing. Please post it here for all to see.

Here ya go, dipshit:

Kill yourself.

So you're talking about Hannibal Ware? ... NOT Pres. Trump or the GOP.

Serious question...

Are you really this fucking stupid or do you have long COVID?

Inspectors General Warn That Trump Administration is Blocking Scrutiny of Coronavirus Rescue Programs

I literally posted this link earlier on this thread.

So in addition to being a goddamned fucking moron, you're also incredibly fucking lazy and sloppy.

Also, it was Trump who appointed Ware to SBA Inspector General in 2018.

You're going to give me a biased Leftwing source like WaPo, from over 2 years ago, that hates conservatives?

WaPo is known for speculation not reporting. Which is why YOU did not post any significant quote from the article here.

You're going to give me a biased Leftwing source like WaPo

LMAO!

So you avoid everything that ruins your fragile little world.

First you asked where the oversight provisions were in the bill. Then, you moved the bar to the Inspector General who then literally said that Trump was blocking scrutiny and oversight of the PPP program that you knew nothing about.

WaPo is known for speculation not reporting.

Maybe try reading the article instead of lying about it:

In a letter to four congressional committee chairs Thursday, two officials in charge of a new government watchdog entity revealed that the Trump administration had issued legal rulings curtailing independent oversight of Cares Act funding.

2 "anonymous officials" who can't cite the "legal rulings". :palm:

Oh you want quotes? OK:

"In a letter to four congressional committee chairs Thursday, two officials in charge of a new government watchdog entity revealed that the Trump administration had issued legal rulings curtailing independent oversight of Cares Act funding."

"The letter from the inspectors general and Mnuchin’s insistence that the PPP data will not be released come after the White House has repeatedly rebuffed efforts to scrutinize where the taxpayer funding is going."

"Mnuchin surprised many lawmakers last week when he announced he would not allow the names of Paycheck Protection Program recipients to become public after the Trump administration had said for months that the data would eventually be disclosed."

"According to the previously undisclosed letter, Treasury Department attorneys concluded that the administration is not required to provide the watchdogs with information about the beneficiaries of programs created by the Cares Act’s “Division A.” That section includes some of the most controversial and expensive programs in the coronavirus response efforts, including the administration’s massive bailout for small businesses and nearly $500 billion in loans for corporations."

A key congressional Republican also expressed concern about the Treasury Department’s interpretation of the law and its impact on transparency. “American taxpayers have a right to know how their money is being spent,” said Blair Taylor, a spokeswoman for Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Richard C. Shelby (R-Ala.). “Neither the letter nor the spirit of the law limit the accountability committee’s purview in that regard. Chairman Shelby is supportive of clarifying that in subsequent legislation, if necessary.”

See, because you're a hack, you refuse to accept any truth that dares shatter the safe space you've created for yourself because of how much of a wimp and loser you are.

Move the bar? LOL. One thing at a time, Junior. There's more to come.

when will you stop lying, ever?

So the gov't won't make the names public. That doesn't mean there's no oversight.

As I said, "speculation".

“Neither the letter nor the spirit of the law limit the accountability committee’s purview in that regard.

No wonder you didn't want to post it. :palm:

So the gov't won't make the names public. That doesn't mean there's no oversight.

LMAO! That is literally what oversight is, and Trump refused to do it because he was too busy giving all his supporters and allies taxpayer money that they never had to pay back.

So now you've realized that not only was there IG oversight in PPP, but that Trump and the GOP actively resisted that oversight, using their lawyers to block scrutiny of the loans they were making.

If you don't know who the loans have been made to, or if the lenders refuse to disclose, then how can you have proper oversight of the program?

Use your head.
