When you are losing as badly as Russia is, you will make up any excuses that you can. Can Putin find those extra 300,000 "reservists" to fight his war, or will that have all left the country?
I don't normally descend down to the depths of the gene pool where you reside but your man, Putin, has failed and he will assume room temperature soon after the brave warriors in Ukraine drive his naked aggressors out of their country.

Putin has had 7 months to move up his big guns, and do something. Remember you told us the war would be won quickly? Putin cannot win this war, as long as NATO countries continue to provide weapons, and the Ukrainian soldiers continue to recover massive stores of Russian arms.
