When you go to a foreign country you must follow their laws or face their judgement. Just as those from abroad must follow ours. Pretty easy. Be mad at Griner for acting an idiot.

If a foreigner brought under a gram of oil here, intentionally or unintentionally, they wouldn't be treated the same.
