Never said any such thing. Machines WERE and are a big factor is no longer needing slaves though. You don't need slaves to pick cotton anymore. It can now be done by a modern combine harvester. What is evil about that?

CO2 occurs from the burning of coal, oil, wood or other vegetation, or natural gas.
Carbon is not carbon dioxide. No one 'figured out' that 'stable carbon isotopes in wood reflected an increase in the production of CO2'. That's just Church of Global Warming BS (and yours).
Why are you so scared of CO2? It's a naturally occurring gas in the atmosphere absolute necessary for life to exist on Earth.
It certainly can't warm the Earth. You are ignoring the 1st law of thermodynamics again.
