I used to go to the Bahamas on the same sailboat every summer. It’s been about 3 years since I’ve been on that boat, the boat recently was raided and they found lots of illegal drugs in it. Am I going to be arrested?

The fact that these documents--at least by the admission of the administration--were first found in November of last year and not revealed until now, says that there is a second criminal act at play here, and that is they weren't promptly reported to proper authorities. The excuse the administration is using is that they wanted to make sure they found all the documents that were classified before reporting them. That isn't how it works. You find some, you report them ASAP and then look and let authorities look.

Instead, this smacks of a cover up to avoid negative publicity right before the mid-term elections. Biden's team--as the head of that, Biden himself--are criminally libel for not reporting the documents immediately. Holding them for several months also says that who-knows-who could have gone through them looking for incriminating or negative stuff and removed, destroyed, or whatever some of these documents for political advantage.

The dates of the documents and the tracking numbers will be revealed in the investigation that Biden said he is fully open to and cooperating with….unlike the previous President.
