Texas brewery cancels anti-censorship rally featuring Kyle Rittenhouse:

Nnnahh! I don't believe the yahoos you mentioned were bright enough to concoct such a scheme. But everyone's entitled to their conspiracy theory. Me, I'm just pissed that the little shit walked away from EVERYTHING! That, IMHO, is a conspiracy taint on local law enforce and the legal situation.
All it takes is one…I thought of it and most people here call me Dunce Uncle. LOL

Like I said, everyone's entitled to their conspiracy theory. Pity we can't come up with one that will put the little creep in jail.

I’m not a conspiracy theory fan, but the fact Kyle, a stupid 17 year old, was dumped alone on the street at night in hostile territory while the rest of the militia was holed up at the garage reeks of suspicion to me.

The entire event was over the murder of George Floyd. It makes sense that the white supremacists would try to rebalance the situation in their favor. Shooting protestors works against them, but having a poor, stupid, cute fat white boy murdered on camera would work perfectly for them.

If I’m hosting an event to support Single Mom’s, doesn’t that mean I support single mom’s? It’s one thing for me to rent out a building for the event to be held, but another for me to put up a sign stating “Dutch Uncle’s Single Mom’s Dance Contest”.

Be careful what you wish for

- No one invited him to do anything.

Irrelevant. Also, no one invited any of the scumbags he shot either.

- He was underaged to have that weapon in that state, and illegally carried it around. Compound this with illegal discharge of said weapon.

Wrong and wrong. You don't have to like Wisconsin's law but it was legal for him to be carrying that rifle. He wasn't legally allowed to purchase it, but according to the letter of the law he was allowed to possess it. Feel free to make a dumb comment about how he was hunting people, since it was a hunting law that made it legal for him to carry the rifle. Also, he fired in self defense so it was legally discharged. He was found not guilty, remember that? You were pretty butthurt about it, no?

- He was NOT arrested on the spot after confessing he just shot someone...his weapon not confiscated by the local cops. He got to go home before for hours before turning himself in.

Again, irrelevant. Take it up with the cops who were dealing with a riot.

- His "life was endanger" only after a confrontation with demonstrators or rioters that to date has not been determined as to who said or started what.

So you admit his life was in danger. Thank you.

Yeah, you seem to know only HALF the story. So forgive us if we don't shed a tear because no one no crybaby liberal wants to hear more attempted justification and BS for little Kyle's adventures the facts about why "little Kyle" was found not guilty.

I know the full story, far better than you do, apparently. You clearly don't understand Wisconsin's hunting laws regarding minors possessing rifles, or why Kyle was found not guilty. You just have your crybaby, pro riot, anti gun feelings. I'm sure you would have preferred to see him beaten to death by that mob of rioting maniacs, but he wasn't. He used his second amendment right to protect himself, and there is one less child rapist and one less woman abuser because of it. :flagsal:

Kyle the murdering coward white boy is still alive? I'm surprised somebody has popped that fat moist pig by now......LOLOLOL News Flash Kyle, stop sucking off the tits of white extremist and go get a fuckin job, you murdering bastard!!

Is that in the record about not mentioning the militia? How else to explain why Kyle was out there, much less explain why he was alone. I can understand about the bar photos.

Yes, it's part of the court records. This site is not where I first read about it and is highly partisan, but it will give you a place to begin if you want to research it yourself.

Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder did not permit the jury to hear that after Rittenhouse posted bail, he celebrated the killings at a pub with top Proud Boys members, where he flashed “white power” signs, belted out the Proud Boys anthem and grinned for selfies with other Proud Boys members.

Nor did the judge permit the jury to hear that before the shooting, Rittenhouse was recorded saying that he wanted to shoot people he thought were shoplifting. “Bro, I wish I had my f—ing AR,” he said. “I’d start shooting rounds at them.”

The judge ordered that prosecutors would not be allowed to refer to the men shot by Rittenhouse as “victims” or even “alleged victims.” At the same time, Rittenhouse’s defense attorneys were given free rein to refer to the victims as “arsonists,” “looters” and “rioters.”

The acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse: A judicial travesty

I recall that part and saw it as wrong. Not a lawyer but I understand that our criminal courts are geared to follow Blackstone’s Ratio: “It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer”. Still, that principle doesn’t seem to be equally applied across all courts and all states.

Civil court is different and Kyle, plus his militia, may eventually face the same problems as OJ did after murdering his wife and an innocent bystander.

Although the link does mention that the prosecution couldn’t mention militias, it doesn’t say why they couldn’t. Was it the judge or was it a Federal gag order?

IMO, Judge Schroeder bent over backwards to protect Kyle and leave the defense an open path to condemning the dead, but the same comments about bias were made about Judge Ito in the OJ trial: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lance_Ito#O._J._Simpson_murder_trial
While prosecutors could not mention that Rittenhouse was affiliated with the Proud Boys, Richards specifically emphasized that Gaige Grosskreutz, a volunteer medic Rittenhouse shot in the arm, was affiliated with “People’s Revolution.”

Not really.....most neo-nazi/fascist and white supremacist organizations love to mischaracterize the intent of their agenda. Remember, the Nazi's characterized themselves as the National Socialist German Workers' Party. For a whole lot of Germans, they were anything but. Hell, they outlawed trade unions! So when little POS like Rittenhouse label their blather one thing, you can rest assured their agenda is the exact opposite.

Poor widdle Kyle....getting off on manslaughter charges just ain't giving him the celebrity ($$) he was hoping for. Get a job, ya bastid!

just like the left with that whole 'Inflation Reduction Act'..................

It was the judge. He wanted a self-defense/not-guilty verdict. Allowing the jury to hear that fatmurderboy bragged on social media about wanting to shoot people, and was hanging out after the killings with white supremacist militia guys, could have shown an element of premeditation. I'm not sure if testimony about how he procured the murder weapon was allowed to be presented, either.

I don’t know his track record, but it would reveal if he was a RW biased or simply biased against being overruled in appellate court. Judges hate being overruled. LOL

Yes. Most judges err on the side of safety when it comes to controversy. As you stated, they don't like being overruled.

However, there is no appeals process for a not guilty verdict, so he was free to put his thumb on the scale here.
I believe he forced the courtroom to perform odd tasks before court began.

I don't remember exactly what. Reciting/singing something, and at one point he did something very odd with the jury.

What about Federal charges?
