Show us where one sanctuary city admitted it allowed illegals to vote in federal elections? Cities and states can legally allow non-citizens to vote but not in federal elections. The Constitution gives states the power to decide voter qualifications but in 1994 passed a law requiring citizenship for federal elections.

It's just the opposite you moron. They don't have laws allowing illegals to vote . Just the opposite - the laws say illegals can't vote. But sanctuary cities publicly state "we don't enforce immigration laws." These 500 sanctuary cities ADMIT illegals are free to vote.
