What makes it right wing is the fact that it is a consolidation of political power behind an autocrat that uses nationalism and race-based grievance and xenophobia to pit the middle and lower class against themselves so both can't respond to the erosion of democracy and theft of wealth that fascism always attempts.

One might view that as institutionalized racism - hatred of whites is official government policy, promoted by the fascist democrat party.
In real terms, that looks like voter suppression, segregation, tax cuts.

Can you, or any democrat fascist, show a single verified instance of any legally registered voter who was denied the right to vote?

Fascism, like Conservatism, requires in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind ("real Americans"), alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect (Black people, minorities, women, immigrants, Jews, Muslims, LGBTQ+, etc.).
And yet it's conservatives subject to laws that don't apply to the Nazi democrats.
The Reich was all primed to put Trump in prison for documents - but then Quid Pro had far more damning documents and we hear "it's no big deal."
Tell me, Jack Dorsey lied under oath to Congress, will Oberfuhrer Garland and his STASI thugs be kicking his door in with a pre-dawn raid with CNN (illegally) in tow - using helicopter gun ships and amphibious assault craft, the way the Gestapo did with Roger Stone?
