As if the Judge in the Rittenhouse trial, was not a corrupt judge who turned his courtroom into a Kangaroo Court Clown Circus before the trial ever started, up until it ended in allowing the little prick to walk away Scot free after murdering people.
I mean, that corrupt judge didn't even allow the prosecution to call the victims who were murdered as VICTIMS, but had no problem with the defense to continue calling them LOOTERS.
Man, there were so many other crazy things in that trial the Judge did and said during the trial, should have been reason enough for the prosecution to call for a mistrial themselves, and insist the trial be moved to a legitimate court.

That's all we can do is imagine. The army won't have him. You are avoiding addressing my point. Is it negligent to arm yourself with a weapon whose capabilities you are not familiar with, and take that weapon into a volatile situation? It seems clear to me that it is. Is it negligent to leave the scene of a shooting that you were involved in WITH YOUR WEAPON IN TOW? If you want to defend that, feel free. I see it as negligence that contributed to the deaths of two people. I guess the jury will decide.

Really? Care to give us an example of someone suing for legal fees before a verdict is reached or the case is thrown out?
In most cases the defendant simply files a motion with the court to ask for fees based on the specious nature of the lawsuit. They don't file a lawsuit.
An example would be the ruling against Trump by the court in the lawsuit he filed against Hillary et al. No one sued to have their fees paid. They simply filed motions and the court found Trump and his attorneys had violated court rules.

Filing a motion with the court in an ongoing litigation is not the same thing as filing suit.
Very, very unlikely attorney's fees would be awarded in a case like this. Granting attorney's fees is very rare.

He had a lifeguard job in Kenosha County. I can't find any evidence he had family there. He had no business getting into the protest. Had he stayed home, two people would still be alive. He caused the tragedy. No one else.
