Except a jury in a trial has already found Rittenhouse not guilty of murder, so your claim there is opinion and nothing more. That will also make it harder to prove the civil case against him. Try proving someone's "desire to shoot people" in court. That's going to be damn near impossible. Hanging out with White supremacists probably won't be allowed into evidence as that doesn't prove intent. Instead, it would be seen as smearing Rittenhouse with guilt by association.

On the whole, I suspect this family will have a very steep uphill battle to try and prove their case.

I also don't see the point of suing a broke-ass shithead like Rittenhouse.

Please note that I'm not advocating anything, but I am admittedly disappointed that nobody has put a couple bullets just behind his ear.
That's the humane thing to do rather than gut shoot him and let him bleed out as he seems to deserve.
I'm nothing if not humane because I'm unsure about free will.

They're suing the police for the money. Not sure how the police were negligent.
They weren't starting fires or destroying property.
