It's not the size of the flag that matters, but how it's displayed. Specifically, in such a manner that it risks violating the Flag Code by touching the ground. A point that is specifically addressed and which the anti-American fuckwits, both Aussie and American, are intentionally overlooking....or too fucking stupid to see.
