I think that we can be sure that the school district administration knew exactly the content of the drag show.

What I don't understand is how they thought they could get away with it.

The far left loons had best keep their filthy hands off the children.

and that is entirely possible... as you see they just tried to explain it away but caring responsible parents aren't going to accept that...

"In his letter to the Governor, Superintendent Yearwood claimed that the school district did seek sufficient parental consent and therefore could not be held accountable. His letter never explicitly acknowledged that a drag performance took place, nor did he acknowledge that the Chief Communications Officer for the school district as well as a school board member were on the planning committee for the event."

This is their non-response.


The Superintendent and the the Chief Communications Officer should both be fired.

Depends on what kind of "drag show" took place... If it was just a couple men in dresses, so what, if it was rude or vulgar... I agree it would not be ok for a school trip.

I posted video of the performance. It was just some chunky performers dressed as women singing and dancing, fully-clothed, no sexual movements or exposed naughty bits. The audience appeared to love it. Not any worse than Dustin Hoffman or Robin Williams in their female roles.
 
Society has determined that certain restrictions on the First Amendment (slander, libel, inciting riots etc.) are reasonable exceptions.

Similarly, restrictions have been placed on the Second Amendment but any restrictions are UN-Constitutional.

Its amazing to me that this much dust is kicked up about a "Drag Show" while there is barely a discussion about the number one killer of children.

Yes, the number one killer of children are criminals who use guns illegally, not the millions of legal gun-owners who never use their guns to commit a crime.

The Drag Queen shows are the diversion from the real problem no GOP politician wishes to discuss.

Active shooter drills are common in many schools around the country.
