Ms. Moon has been anti-American, anti-Western, anti-Israel, pro-Iranian, pro-Russian and pro-Jihadist since day one on JPP.

Like your hero autocrat Trump, I doubt Putin will ever see the inside of a prison but this is an additional step for political and economic repercussions. Like his oligarchs, how much money does Putin have invested outside of Russia? Do you really think those funds aren't at risk?

For someone who hates the west so much, I'm certain that Moon would have to be dragged away kicking and screaming to be deported to Iran, Russia, or communist China.

It sends a message to Xi. He wants China to exude legitimacy. He’s trying to have influence in Europe and Africa.
There’s only two reasons he has anything to do with Russia:
Russia hates America
Russia is now China’s energy colony.
China benefits far more from trade with America and the West than the discounts he’s getting on Russian oil.
He’s playing Russia and America and doing quite well.
Putin could have done the same - played the West and China but he was too obsessed with restoring the Soviet Union, a failed state. He had a good hand and fucked it up.

Yea, sure... That has worked so well in the past. Many of those member countries are just like many UN members. They're members in name only. They ignore what's inconvenient for them. For example, the US and China are not even members...

Wrong. I support rule of law. What I don't support is trying to make rule of law through ineffective means like the ICC or UN. They are worthless because they are toothless. They are little more than symbolic organizations that if they disappeared tomorrow it wouldn't make an iota of difference.
 
What I find interesting here is why is the ICC even involved in this? Russia and Ukraine aren't parties to the court. So, the court doesn't even have jurisdiction over either party involved.
