nuff said. Did I hear this forum's caterwauling loonies in that audience? Surely that was meme and tutu up at the front.
Actually I have just listened to a series of street interviews with Republican voters. Most sounded pretty fair. None sounded anything like our own Cage aux Fools. Where DO these loonies come from?
 
This is SUCH a stupid argument. It's been done to death and it is completely fallacious. I am not an immigrant. I am a natural born citizen. So were my parents, my parents parents, and my parents parents parents. If you want to get right down to it, the native americans "immigrated" here too at some point. So we've come full circle.

Every nation on earth establishes borders and sets standards for who may cross and when.

Oh God. Can't you all tell a joke? The irony here is delicious and the best part was it went right over the head of the tea baggers.

I remember a similar situation a few years back when I was living in Dayton, Ohio. I was visiting a friend who is of full Cherokee descent. Because he is tall and has angular features is more olive colored in complexion then bronze most people think he is of mediterrenian descent (like Italian ). Well one day I was visiting my friend when some of his hillbilly buddes came over to visit and drink some beers. They started talking about blacks (not the word they used) and how they should send them all back where they came from. My friend, the Cherokee, whole heartedly agreed with them. I fell out of my chair laughing and my friend had a great big grin on his face. When two hillbillys demaned to know what I thought was so funny I told them, "Chuck's an Indian, he means send them all back to Europe where they came from!" LOL
