It was McCain's hired "team" members who have said negative things about Palin. It's like she, Palin, said- she can handle it. At the end of the day the nature of a losing campaign requires blame. The tell for me was the Couric interview. After several hours of interviews (they only used a few minutes) that in Palin's words were hostile, she was made to continue. McCain's people should have maintained editorial rights and controlled the interview....actually their job was to never have put their candidate in such a hostile situation without it....Obama's people didn't.

This is just more "scared of Sarah" shit from the left.
 
McCain told The Hill Newspaper McCain was "wrong" when she said the Campaign billed her $50,000 to vet her.

That is a very polite way of saying she lied... how is someone wrong about something like that unless they are intentionally wrong, which is lying!

That is my opinion. Even if this is just another attack by the media. The same media that put "truth readers" onto her book over any other politico's book out there. It does show she has some celebrity, but it doesn't make her a viable candidate. She just doesn't have the necessary knowledge to go there.

She does, and if you read the article in Running magazine, she fully comprehends the importance of physical fitness. And again, I have no opinion on the "lie" thing. I can't watch video at work.

Never mind I found it. So what we had was McCain repeting what his attorney said which was ::::Note that the attorney does not absolutely deny anything...he carefully couches his denial...this is just more Sarah Palin hate shit being drummed up.

In a statement to the Associated Press, Potter, McCain's general counsel, denied that McCain’s campaign billed Palin for vetting her.

“To my knowledge, the campaign never billed Gov. Palin for any legal expenses related to her vetting and I am not aware of her ever asking the campaign to pay legal expenses that her own lawyers incurred for the vetting process,” he said.
