perhaps you should be more careful in the way you word things....as an attorney, you surely know this is an example of hearsay....

My title did not even mention that a video existed... My title was backed up by the report in the start of the video that McCain told Roll Call that what Palin said was false!

If you feel misled its because you were making assumptions not supported by my statement!

Hearsay is not admissable in a court (except for the 24 generally accepted exceptions) but I know of no rule saying its not admissable in a political debate and that relying on it makes one a liar!!!

Some folk on her know who I am in real life, but I you would likely not trust them. Its not big deal, I dont care if you belive I am a lawyer or not!

Palin is a liar because she has specifically described the same event or lack of event two very different ways. She said the family voted on her joining the ticket, she said the family did not vote on her joining the ticket....

McCain saying she lied.... does not make her a liar.
