That's not what AOC is talking about. She's not talking about video footage aired on Carlson's show. She's talking about the things he says. That is incitement.

Incitement requires much more than just encouragement. A broadcast to millions of people is not encouraging "another person" or any of the other elements necessary for incitement.

IMO, the media and the Dems knew they were inciting violence with their false claims of racism.


That said, it has become nearly impossible to have a peaceful protest ... without violent agitators and actors taking advantage of the situation.

Not according to the law. You have to relate something he said directly to the actions of a specific person who acted immediately after his speech.
