The FBI told them exactly what they should have told them. We do not release things that could jeopardize the rights of those named and also jeopardize future investigations. But Comer already knows that. This is just more performance art for the morons.
 
Let Comer bring his action. Here's betting he'll lose if he does. More likely he knows he will lose so this is just fluff for a headline.

Well, let's see. He is going to send a criminal referral to the DOJ because the FBI Director exactly followed the protocol established by the DOJ.

If a republican led congress did not do anything more than wag their finger at eric holder for running guns to mexico, in violation of the law, they are not going to do anything to comer or the FBI
