The "gun walking" operations have been going on for years. It should have been part of the ATF's annual presidential brief at a minimum. Blaming Obama for all of it is bullshit.

Operation Fast and Furious was not the ATF’s first “gun walking” investigation, which allowed illegally purchased firearms to “walk” out of gun shops. It was preceded by Operation Wide Receiver, which began in 2006.

The whole idea was stupid. There was just no way to track those guns going in 100 different directions, once they crossed the border.

The only way to catch the real gun runners they were after, is infiltrating the Cartels with undercover SS agents.

That is, if Trump hasn't already revealed them at a Mar-E-A-LARDO circle-jerk party! :thinking:
