He definitely has acted unethically. But he is not yet a convicted criminal.

I will wrap up with this: you can search until the cows come home, but will not find any jury trial or judge who found she committed a criminal act

That's because it wasn't criminal. It was a breach of State Department administrative policy. That can be construed as either incompetentt, unprofessional, or unethical. But it can't be described as a crime.

I have no doubt the Republican Southern Strategy was in full swing in 1980. Pmp is claiming it never happened until after Carter, but I disagreed and pointed out it began happening in the late 1960s.

NARA was fine allowing Trump to simply give back all the Government doc's in the same way Pence and Biden did, and they were not pursuing any charges over that.

LIke it or not, when it comes to the top public officials they do not prosecute that crime if they do not see some form of 'ill intent' or 'willfulness' along with the possession of those docs. That is the precedent. Thus why Hilary, Pence, and Biden have had no issues.

Trump refused to comply and beyond that took steps to hide and lie, under sworn oath, that he no longer had documents. Once a person has done that negotiations are over as they are refusing to admit they have anything and the only way to prove it, is to find and take them.

That is what Trump is being investigated for primarily and will be his main charge, along with potentially showing or using the doc's for financial benefit.

None of what Trump will be charged with applies to Hilary, Biden or Pence and thus why they would not be charged.
