So if the south is holding America back, how come, on average, they're the fastest growing states in this economic downturn? Why is not only our auto industry moving there, but other car companies? Steel? Oil refining? Housing?

Yeah, employment and low cost of living, sure is holding America back. Just not back from anything good.
