Charges Dropped Against Sai Kandula – The East Asian Migrant Terrorist with Nazi Flag Who Tried to Ram White House and Take Over the Country

On Friday DC prosecutors dropped all of the serious charges against Sai Kandula who said he was attempting to overthrow the White House.

These are the same prosecutors who are sending Trump supporters to prison for several years for touching a metal sign Ray Epps was hurling at police.

DA does not decide insanity or not....everyone is sane until they prove in court they are not



The federal insanity defense now requires the defendant to prove, by "clear and convincing evidence," that "at the time of the commission of the acts constituting the offense, the defendant, as a result of a severe mental disease or defect, was unable to appreciate the nature and quality or the wrongfulness of his acts

1/6 was more than putting feet on desks. Cops were beaten, property was destroyed and the ones who started it all were trump and his fellow nazis. The oaf keepers are going to prison for sedition and if there's any justice, trump, flynn, bannon, Jr., Rudy and the rest of the crime family fomenting violence will follow.

Lie. Your hated "left" whoever that is doesn't support anyone being killed. Babbitt's death was tragic as was the cops being beaten for lies being spread by people trump worshippers support.

What sane people don't want is the cop who shot her being called a murderer which is what trumptards want.
