Smoking gun. Trump recorded saying he would like to share a document but knows he can't. Because it was classified.

" Federal prosecutors have obtained an audio recording of a summer 2021 meeting in which former President Donald Trump acknowledges he held onto a classified Pentagon document about a potential attack on Iran, multiple sources told CNN, undercutting his argument that he declassified everything.

The recording indicates Trump understood he retained classified material after leaving the White House, according to multiple sources familiar with the investigation. On the recording, Trump’s comments suggest he would like to share the information but he’s aware of limitations on his ability post-presidency to declassify records, two of the sources said."

I was wondering if the people in the room with him had security clearance to even be allowed to hear America has contingency plans to attack Iran.

Of course, he knew. He had his minions try to hide them from the FBI and had his lawyers lie that all had been returned.

Wow, Expresslane the Fake Doc might be one of the dumbest fuckers here. The source is not anonymous. Jack Smith knows exactly where it came from, and so does the Grand Jury that heard the tape. Of Trump. Admitting he stole top secret classified documents and hid them from the FBI.

What will the next excuse be. We can kiss goodbye to the 'I declassified them' defense. It was a lie. Of course smart people always knew that. But Fake Doc is not smart, he is a fucking moron.

Maybe Jim Jordan can subpoena the tape, so that Merrick Garland can go tell him to fuck himself again.
