Biden keeps repeating 2nd Amendment lie

"If the cannon you want to buy was manufactured before 1898 (i.e., it’s a muzzle loading model), you can do so without regulation. If it’s a “saluting cannon,” it’s also exempt. And if it’s neither a “saluting cannon” nor a pre-1898 model, you need to pay a $200 tax stamp, fill in some forms, wait a bit, and . . . well, that’s it. Cannon are categorized as “destructive devices” under the 1934 National Firearms Act, and they’re legal under federal law and in most states. You may have to jump through a few hoops to get one, but get one you assuredly can."

More semantics.

Biden's statement was at its core, true and correct.

You cannot just go to a gun dealer, plop down some cash and drive home with a howitzer.

I'm pretty sure that's what he meant.

Title ll weapons aka NFA firearms, are designations of certain weapons under the United States National Firearms Act (NFA).
Unconstitutional acts have no force of law.
In short, you have to have the government's permission to own destructive devices like cannons and other large bore, large projectile launching weapons.
Blatant lie and unconstitutional. Anyone can buy or make a cannon. Anyone can buy or make a mortar. Indeed, there are hobby groups that do just that...and they go out to shoot them.
People can nitpick over semantics all they want.
You want to try to do THAT again??

Yeah, yeah, yeah, and this ^ is coming do the guy who thinks God Himself gave people the right to own a gun

Faulty generalization fallacy, that and pure radio rhetoric

Say there are 100,000 soldiers that stay to defend the government

Do you think they could fend off 200 million people with pistols?

Simulations have been run on this and the military loses every time

Wait a minute, you, via Fox, are saying he said it at a meeting, yet you, nor Fox, can prove he said it, and that doesn’t raise any questions in your mind regarding the validity of the narrative?

He is not all wrong, all highly destructive weapons in the US are heavily regulated, so much so that the overwhelming majority of all Americans are unable to posses one, and his reference to attacking the Government, one of the bogus justifications for owning one, is correct

Blatant lies.

I can buy or build a cannon myself anytime I want to and shoot it.
I can buy or build a mortar myself anytime I want to and shoot it.

I do NOT need any 'government permission' to do so.

One of the purposes of the 2nd amendment is to put down any rogue government that does not conform to the Constitution of the United States or the constitutions of the States, or any rogue government that starts attacking the people.

And the people have the numbers and the weapons to do it.

It is unconstitutional to ban or limit any weapon, including any type of gun (even cannon).

Well then I’d recommend you mount M50 machine guns on your porches and plant Claymore mines around your house and see what your local authority if not neighbors have to say about it

No need. If I plant Claymore mines it will be around YOUR house. My neighbors would probably help me do it.
You don't seem to understand the war you are trying to start.

I never mentioned God in this, dumbass. Stop making shit up.

The right of self defense is inherent. God is not involved.
It is unconstitutional to ban or limit any weapon, including any gun. You are STILL trying to discard the Constitution of the United States and all State constitutions.

But, that isn't an "M50 machinegun." The only two M50 automatic weapons are the M50 Reising and M50 Madsen.

I saw a guy towing one of these (he had it on a trailer, taking it to a shooting range) with the barrel pointing rearward (so the weight of the gun was forward on the trailer).

He had no one dare tailgate his car!

I stopped trying to decifer what Brandon is saying years ago.

Not at all, proven by the fact you can’t offer a rebuttal no matter what pseudonym you employ

Hmm...a jeep mounted grenade launcher in a public parade
