Let me get this straight. Your standard for a family being a crime family is if one member of the extended family has been found guilty of 2 misdemeanors.

The court has not yet agreed to the plea deal. The court can still reject it. The court can't sentence anyone until they are found guilty which requires the court accept the plea deal.

The plea deal is that he agrees to plead guilty to 2 misdemeanors. Do 2 misdemeanors make a family a crime family?
Do 34 felony indictments make a family a crime family? Do 71 felony indictments make a family a crime family?

"More likely than not", or more appropriately 'a preponderance of evidence' is not a low bar when it comes to a rape accusation when it is only the two people who have any first hand knowledge.

You seem to be arguing that such actual rapes should never be sued over when the police cannot establish the much higher bar due it being a he said/she said. This would be great news for rapists as a lot of rapes will never meet the criminal threshold.
