Trump beats Biden in general election, dominates GOP field, poll shows

I hate that I find myself coming to the defense of Donald Trump but there is as much verbiage in what was quoted to support Tink’s conclusion as there is to support the liberal’s conclusion that he must have meant to find those votes in an underhanded fashion.

He probably said more but based on simply, “Find 11,780 votes.”

I also think it should (and does) scare liberals that 11,780 votes was all he was wanting/needing to find considering what he was up against during that election.

This is facetious...right?

It's really not difficult to imagine how the right would be viewing the "find votes" comment if it had been Biden on audio.

Pillow guy, Fox, talk radio. There would have been a movie made about it. It would be more evidence than anything they've been able to muster.

Leaning Right is one of the smartest guys on here and an admin to boot.

That's why I asked him if he was being facetious.

To suggest that Trump was doing anything on that call that could be interpreted as being on the up & up is somewhat preposterous. Anyone who has watched Trump for decades knows he doesn't care about rules, morality, fairness, or anything along those lines. He cares ONLY about winning, and himself.

So it doesn't bother you that he wanted to "find 11,780 votes" and tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power?

What verbiage was there in context to support the bolded claim?

I don't think you know the meaning of the word verbiage.

Speech or writing that uses too many words or excessively technical expressions.
"the basic idea here, despite all the verbiage, is simple"

No he wasn't!

He never said to do it illegally.

He never told them to simply make them up.

He was asking them to check their election process for irregularities.

You cannot believe that, even as delusional as you are. Do you think telling a person who oversaw a fair and honest election, that he could just FIND 12,000 votes? There is no jury that cannot find Trump guilty.

Georgia had voter fraud it's been proven.

Trump was asking for them to see what the extent of it was.

Anyways, asking for votes is not a crime, he would have had to threatened them to find them according to the law which he didn't.

It's as much a possibility as assuming he was asking them to make up votes.

The point is there is no way to legally charge him with a crime.

No, the point is you're not an attorney and have zero legal knowledge on this matter.
I'll let the courts determine if it's a crime. You should too and stop commenting on things you know nothing about.
It'll get you far in life.
