What will Trump be charged with next...

Considering the Jack Smith investigation into January 6, I previously thought Trump would not be charged, but that was because I was only considering that they were investigating him for inciting the insurrection and I think because Trump chose his words very carefully he would not be charged, and I still hold to that...

BUT... Smith had a broader scope... He is likely to charge Trump with 1) Fraud in regard to the attempt to take the presidency using the fake electors AMD Obstruction relating to his attempt to thwart the investigation. The January 6 Committee alluded to witness tampering and I bet they have the goods on him for that.

Lets see what happens in the coming days... Its going to be very interesting.

You are profoundly ignorant of the events of Jan 6. For some reason, you believe it all has to do with the goddam speech. Which is virtually irrelevant to the facts of the case.

The House Select Committee spent about 8 sessions documenting event leading up to the violent coup attempt Trump organized. I think they barely mentioned the speech itself.

The rioters were inside the halls of Congress
because the head of the executive branch of our government, the then President of the United States, told them to attack. Donald Trump summoned that mob to Washington, DC. Afterward, he sent them to the Capitol
to try to prevent my colleagues and me from doing our Constitutional duty
to certify the election.

9. Based on false allegations that the election was stolen, Donald Trump
summoned tens of thousands of supporters to Washington for January 6th. Although these supporters were angry and some were armed,
Donald Trump instructed them to march to the Capitol on January 6th
to “take back” their country.
10. Knowing that a violent attack on the Capitol was underway and
knowing that his words would incite further violence, Donald Trump
purposely sent a social media message publicly condemning Vice
President Pence at 2:24 p.m. on January 6th.
11. Knowing that violence was underway at the Capitol, and despite his
duty to ensure that the laws are faithfully executed, Donald Trump
refused repeated requests over a multiple hour period that he instruct
his violent supporters to disperse and leave the Capitol, and instead
watched the violent attack unfold on television. This failure to act
perpetuated the violence at the Capitol and obstructed Congress’s
proceeding to count electoral votes.
12. Each of these actions by Donald Trump was taken in support of a
multi-part conspiracy to overturn the lawful results of the 2020
Presidential election.

On December 14, 2020, electors around the country met to cast their
Electoral College votes. Their vote ensured former Vice President Joe
Biden's victory and cemented President Donald J. Trump's defeat. The
people, and the States, had spoken. Members of President Trump’s own
Cabinet knew the election was over. Attorney General William Barr viewed it
as “the end of the matter.”1 Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Secretary
of Labor Eugene Scalia concurred.2 That same day, Scalia told President
Trump directly that he should concede defeat.3

President Trump had no intention of conceding. As he plotted ways to
stay in power, the President summoned a mob for help.
At 1:42 a.m., on December 19th, President Trump tweeted: “Big protest
in D.C. on January 6th. Be there, will be wild!”4
(p. 499)

By January 5th, President Trump’s supporters—a large, angry crowd
ready for instructions—had assembled in Washington. That evening, he
could hear his raucous supporters at a rally not far from the White House.
The President knew his supporters were “angry,”36 and he planned to call
on them to march on the U.S. Capitol.37 He even wanted to join them on the
march.38 It was all part of President Trump’s plan to intimidate officials
and obstruct the joint session of Congress.
“We fight like hell,” President Trump told the crowd assembled at the
Ellipse on January 6, 2021. “And if you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going
to have a country anymore.”39 Some of those in attendance, as well as elsewhere in Washington that day, were already prepared to fight. They had
begun preparing two and a half weeks earlier—when President Trump told
them it would “be wild!”

President Trump made sure to let the protestors in Washington know
that he personally approved of their mission. During the November rally,
President Trump waved to the crowd from his presidential motorcade.78
Then, on the morning of December 12th, President Trump tweeted: “Wow!
Thousands of people forming in Washington (D.C.) for Stop the Steal.
Didn’t know about this, but I’ll be seeing them! #MAGA.”79 Later that day,
President Trump flew over the protestors in Marine One.80
When President Trump tweeted one week later that there would be a
“wild” protest in Washington on January 6th, the “Stop the Steal” coalition
immediately began to mobilize. Jones posted an article on the InfoWars
website asking readers if they would “answer President Trump’s call to
defend the Republic?”81 The next day, December 20th, Jones devoted much
of his InfoWars show to the President’s announcement. Jones told his audience several times that if 10 million Americans came to Washington, DC on
January 6th, Congress would have to listen to them.

I put nothing past Xi's Biden Regime.

Still, the "fake electors" conspiracy theory is as dumb as the fake moon landing - which you would demand is true if you thought it would further the goal of a totalitarian dictatorship by your Reich.

Which alternate electors cast votes?

Can you answer? Can the treasonous fuck Smith answer?

How does the alternate slate of electors by Trump differ from the alternate slate John F. Kennedy had in 1960?

Look, Garland and Smith are corrupting a presidential election. They have no intention of proving this, or any case in a court of law. This is election tampering, nothing more. But to take the actions by Smith seriously, these questions must be answered.

The real answer is simply that Smith, along with the rest of Xi's Biden Regime, is working to end free and fair elections in the United States.

So what evidence am I ignorant about? I am not debating I am truly interested in if I missed something, what did Trump specifically do? I believe he encouraged insurrection and sedition, but I have not heard good evidence of him directly doing it.

But he can defend that by saying he was just trying to get a big legal protest going. What did he say that was him telling them to be violent. I know he said "fight like hell" but he can easily claim he intended that to be fight but not in the physical sense.

I think that is thin. He can defend himself by simply saying it was all feisty rhetoric. As for not taking action, he will simply say he felt sending in troops would have inflamed the situation and that D.C. Police would handle it.

I hope there is more direct evidence that we do not know yet proving that Trump was supporting violence because I believe he was, but I haven't seen it yet.

So what evidence am I ignorant about? I am not debating I am truly interested in if I missed something, what did Trump specifically do? I believe he encouraged insurrection and sedition, but I have not heard good evidence of him directly doing it.

You looked at no evidence.

None of what you said is factual.

I hope there is more direct evidence that we do not know yet proving that Trump was supporting violence because I believe he was, but I haven't seen it yet.

Clearly you are not interested. You consistently state the entire event is his words at the rally. All the evidence contradicts your assertions.

Why did Trump call for a rally that day, at that time? Who was the rally for? Not Congress, they were locked in the Capitol Building and did not even know the rally was taking place.

Trump knew people in Congress would not hear the rally. Why hold it if the only people who would be influenced did not know about it?

He called for a rally to commit sedition, but he will simply say he did it to help his supporters have a way to legally express their outrage.
