Trump J/6 indictment document

Why won't Republiclowns read the indictment? Are they afraid they will be proven wrong? They're not Patriots. They're cowards.

Just read the fucking indictment and STFU.
Trumpers hate the truth. They don't want to admit that Trump is a traitor, much less a pedophile.

Fallacy fallacy.

The fallacy fallacy occurs when Into the Night claims another poster is using fallacies but fails to show why or how those fallacies occurred. Into the Night does this to appear smarter than he/she is.

I'm adding this idiot to a very short list of the worst trolls on the forum that will be ignored from this point on

Slick Willie. I should have said convict him on impeachment. Both Bill and Donnie were impeached, but neither was convicted....although, IMO, they both should have been.

Not a lawyer, but my understanding is that even an impeachment conviction doesn't mean someone is tossed out of office.

You are right. Conviction may carry two penalties. 1) removal from office 2) prohibition from holding any future federal offices. Congress must impose these penalties.

Federal Judge Hastings was impeached and removed but Congress failed to prohibit him from holding future federal office and he was elected to the House from Florida.

Nobody submitted a phony certificate to the National Archives.
There is no such thing as a 'fake elector'.

No State has the authority to dictate how an elector will vote.

The Constitution gives state legislatures the power to determine how electors are chosen. This includes the power to require them to vote for the popular vote winner which is currently done in 29 states.
Some states impose sanctions on electors who do not support their pledged candidates.

No State has the authority to dictate how an elector will vote.

They already do and that authority has been upheld by the Supreme Court. The Constitution gives state legislatures that power and most states exercise that authority.

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors..."

The persecution of Trump is evidence, Blink.
I have already shown you evidence of election fraud by Democrats, Blink. RQAA. Stop mindlessly asking the same question over and over. Argument of the Stone fallacy.

Translation: I have no evidence of any rigging the 2024 election. It is just another made up lie.

The popular vote isn't the State legislature, Blink. Redefinition fallacy.
Some states impose sanctions on electors who do not support their pledged candidates.
Unconstitutional.
