The state supreme court ruled the PA constitution does not prohibit mail-in ballots. Only the state supreme court has the authority to make that decision about the PA constitution without additional legislation.

The state supreme court ruled the PA constitution does not prohibit mail-in ballots. Only the state supreme court has the authority to make that decision about the PA constitution without additional legislation.

Actually they didn't rule that. The state supreme court used the "laches" doctrine that the plaintiffs were too slow in filing their case even though the plaintiffs filed right after the election.!!! Like "no standing", laches is a way for courts to shut down cases they don't want to here.
