Trump J/6 indictment document

Because Trump botched the US COVID response. If he'd supported the CDC and measures to minimize the spread of COVID (yes, masks) along with earlier support for Operation Warp Speed, thousand of lives and billions of American dollars could have been save.

Mr. Tiny Penis, you speak bullshit. You anti American alt lefties all drink from the same trough.

False. Candidates are competing to win a plurality of popular votes in each state.
Pivot fallacy. Illiteracy: Redundancy of adjectives.
If they do not win the popular vote they cannot win that state's electoral votes.
Pivot fallacy. Divisional error fallacy.
Thus, to win the electoral votes in each state requires winning the state's popular votes;
No, it doesn't. See the Constitution of the United States, Article II, and the 12th amendment.
so, they are competing for popular votes to win a state's electoral votes.
False equivalence fallacy. State votes are not national votes.
Trump has never won the national popular vote in any election (2016 or 2020).
The President is not elected by popular vote.
He did win a majority of electoral votes in 2016.
Electoral votes are not popular vote. False equivalence fallacy.
This shows us his level of support compared to his opponents.
Non-sequitur fallacy. You cannot use a false equivalence fallacy as a comparison, Blink.

Every president has won the majority of electoral votes. That's how the president is elected.

Blink is attempting to equate electoral votes with popular vote...a false equivalence fallacy. He has also attempted to argue that electoral college members have no vote.

It is not a competition to win or lose, but it is a fact that Trump has never won the national popular vote in any election.
The President is not elected by popular vote.
That was my only point.
A point that you deny you made. Paradox. Irrational.
Obviously Trump had to win the popular votes of states to win any electoral votes.
See Article II and the 12th amendment. States do NOT have to put ANY vote for President. They can simply designate the electors directly. If they DO decide to put it up to the popular vote in their State, the legislature is the ONLY entity that can certify such an election.
I assume you enough that I did not have to explain that fact.
Not a fact. Learn what 'fact' means. Buzzword fallacy. A vacuous fallacy is never a fact. It is a fallacy.
You cannot show any lies I have told.
I already have.
You just don't like the facts I state.
You aren't stating facts. Learn what 'fact' means. Buzzword fallacy.
'Fact' does NOT mean Universal Truth or 'proof'.

Attempted proof by buzzword.

You are arguing stuff I never said.
Blatant lie. Denial of self argument (paradox).
I never said he "tried to win" a national popular vote. I didn't lie about something I never said or implied. I never said there was a "national competition."
Blatant lie. Denial of self argument (paradox).
You don't like the simple fact I stated and want to start an argument just to argue. Quit reading assumptions into simple facts. I lied about nothing.
Blatant lie.
Trump did claim he won the national popular vote in 2016
The President is not elected by popular vote. Trump made no such claim. Wordstuffing.
but "millions" of illegal migrants voted against him.
A randU.The number is unknown, but a significant number did.
No illegal migrant votes were ever discovered. Another simple fact.
Blatant lie. Not a fact. Some were CAUGHT DOING IT! Learn what 'fact' means. Buzzword fallacy.
https://www.ice.gov/news/releases/19-aliens-charged-voter-fraud-north-carolina-following-ice-investigation

You lie about what you said. You lie about the content of the Constitution. You lie about illegal immigrants voting in elections. You lie about lying!

In all fairness, the person winning the electoral college almost always wins the national popular vote.
The President is not elected by popular vote.
That means most parties/candidates would like to win the national popular vote
The President is not elected by popular vote.
because it usually means they will win the electoral college and because it looks better than losing.
The electoral college is not elected by popular vote.
Trump also attached some significance to the national popular vote
There is no significance. The President is not elected by popular vote. Word stuffing.
when he claimed he won it in 2016 except for cheating.
Trump never claimed he won the popular vote. He knows the President is not elected by popular vote.
Trump DID win in 2016 despite the election fraud by Democrats, which was insufficient to cause many States to flip or to cause an election fault.
That is attaching much more significance than my simple factual statement.
A vacuous fallacy is not a fact. Learn what 'fact' means.
A lot of people attach importance to it because we point out the few exceptions when a person won the presidency without winning the popular vote.
The President is not elected by popular vote.

Yes, it is a sensible strategy (although most Trump voters live in states won by Biden).
Paradox. Irrational.
I never suggested the candidate should try to win the popular votes;
The President is not elected by popular vote.
only that the electoral college winner almost always wins the national popular vote; so, the odds are with that candidate.
The President is not elected by popular vote.
Obviously, the strategy should go after the electoral votes in swing states. It made the difference in 2016 and 2020.
There was no election in 2020.
In both elections one candidate was ahead until late in the evening when the other surged ahead in those swing states and won by only a few thousand votes.
Blatant lie.

that is not what you were doing though

the idiot troll was trying to say Trump has never lost, and rather than just ignore or laugh off that nonsense, you fought stupidity with your own stupidity and claim he has has actually never won

It was the only reason to even bring up a nonsensical point of a fictitious popular vote victory.

two peas in a pod

It is not idiocy to say that Trump has never lost an election.

Wrong. He lost two national popular votes. He won none. This is a factual statement.
The President is not elected by popular vote. Not a fact. A fallacy.
The fact that candidate strategy is not based on winning the national popular vote does not make that statement any less factual since that is well understood.
The President is not elected by popular vote.
I think Trump lost by about 45,000 votes in 4-5 swing states. Now, those popular votes were important.
There are not 45,000 members of the electoral college.
The President is not elected by popular vote.

to be fair.....if you hadn't used an unconstitutional election to put the Pasty Faced Pedophile into the Oval Office, January 6 would never have happened as well.......

I haven't heard trump or his lawyers bring that up? Probably because it is not only bullshit, it would not change the fact your fuhrer lost.
