Is it the position of MAGA that ex-Presidents can never be charged with crimes...
or that Candidates can never be charged with crimes?
Are wealthy people above the law?
Are famous people above the law?
Are candidates above the law?
If so, are we a Democracy?

Whats most disgusting about you people isnt that you want to "get trump". I get that he scares the shit out of you. It's the mantra "above the law" that gives you away. No, the most disgusting thing about you people is you really seem to think people believe you actually care about things like the rule of law and democracy. Normal people know better. But you keep peddling the same shit like we're stupid.
I want Trump to be held accountable for his crimes. It is important because he is publicly committing a crime and we need to make sure powerful people are shown to not be above the law.

We need to ask why the DOJ will not prosecute or indict a sitting President. Not only is it not in the Constitution, but it actually opposes the Constitution's principle of the rule of law.
We do not have a monarchy. The President is not a king.

No, we've never been a "Democracy." The US is a republic using a representative democracy in part.

I think it's just an understanding that doing so would make us look incredibly weak. At least Nixon knew when the jig was up and resigned, I don't think any modern politician would be reasonable enough to do that.
Weak in what way? It's weak to be a law abiding nation?!
