Blatant violation of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution. Every one of those cops should be fired and sued.

In America today you can preach the gospel of queerness and LGBT, openly and loudly to all, shouting it from the streets and byways. But not the gospel of Christ. Members of the LGBT community can routinely take over our streets and even strut around with their genitalia hanging out, in front of adults and minors alike.

He was arrested for using amplified sound, a violation of city ordinance,, and for resisting arrest.

American Thinker is a garbage fake news site.

He was arrested for using amplified sound, a violation of city ordinance,, and for resisting arrest.

One cop told him he could use the microphone, then another cop comes in and tells him he can't, so in turn, these cops decided to arrest him on the spot
instead of just giving him a warning.

We've heard your opinion on the great and factual American Thinker site many times before. So I see
that you believe the video of the young Christian man being arrested for simply using his 1st Amendment right
is nothing but fake news. You really are on top of things, NOT!

He violated a noise ordinance after repeated warnings, both in the location he was arrested and in a previous one.

Even your link mentions it: " they could not use the speaker and microphone to do this."

A more Christian (meaning more truthful) link is below. Why is your link so dishonest it doesn't mention the name? What is American Thinker hiding...again? You claim to be a Christian, Hater, but I keep catching you spreading hate and lies. Now you are supporting criminals. Are you a criminal, Hater? Do you have an arrest record, son?

From the comments in your link: https://wsau.com/2023/08/03/video-e...-bible-on-public-sidewalk-during-pride-event/
Seems the young man arrested is named, Marcus Schroeder. Apparently, the town of Watertown, Wisconsin has an ordinance which, ". . .references an 'amplified music permit,' but does not specifically mentation that a permit is needed to speak on a public sidewalk saying, 'No public address systems or sound amplification devices shall be used in any public park or public recreation area” without a permit.'"

Isn't it amazing how these stories get distorted, and reshaped into conspiracies.

Conspiracy theorists are either liars or mentally ill. In both Libhater's and most JPP conspiracy theorist's favor, I believe the latter is more applicable than the former.

As the link below notes, it's not unusual that a person may be curious about conspiracy theories be it JFK or UFOs. What is unusual to the point of mental illness is how strongly drawn they are to multiple conspiracy theories and also how their beliefs are unshaken by evidence to the contrary.

The Psychology of Conspiracy Theories
Is there a link between conspiratorial thinking and psychopathology?

However, conspiratorial beliefs also persist in spite of strong evidence to the contrary. Herein lies the correlation to psychotic processes. A primary symptom of psychosis is delusional thinking. Delusions are defined as false beliefs. They can be paranoid, grandiose, or persecutory in nature, however, they all share their tendency to be unwavering in the face of contrasting evidence. This type of poor reality testing is also found amongst individuals who hold strong beliefs in conspiracy theories.

Other commonalities amongst individuals with psychosis and those who hold conspiratorial beliefs are a tendency to be anxious, to hold other paranormal and paranoid beliefs, to engage in monological thinking, and to overly endorse their own intuition/causal attributions rather than engage in analytical and rational problem-solving. The jumping-to-conclusions bias, which is well-documented in individuals with psychosis, has also been attributed to conspiratorial believers...

...While some estimates suggest up to 50 percent of Americans believe at least one conspiracy theory, the types of conspiratorial beliefs likened to psychosis occur in individuals with staunch, unwavering beliefs in one or more conspiracy theories, and whose beliefs tend to disrupt their daily functioning and quality of life.

In fact, individuals who have strong beliefs in conspiracy theories, to the extent that these beliefs disrupt their daily functioning, may meet the criteria for attenuated psychosis.
Attenuated psychosis is a burgeoning diagnosis described in The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th ed.; DSM–5; American Psychiatric Association, 2013) that includes mild forms of delusions, hallucinations, and disorganized speech in the absence of a clear psychotic disorder. Attenuated psychosis is an area for future research, and is thought to be a precursor or risk factor for schizophrenia.

Most likely arrested for being a public nuisance, if he was shouting out verses from the Koran and annoying people you’d be celebrating his arrest

Agreed on Hater's hatred and hypocrisy. The man was arrested after repeated warnings about using a PA system without a permit. I'm looking forward to his court day...but expect he'll take a plea deal.

Delusional thinking which comes from the article that you provided, says it all

It's a big draw to JPP for me; studying the delusional nutjobs like those who participated in 1/6.

Most JPP members are harmless old geezers; racist fuckwits living the few years they have left whining about African-Americans, Jews and Feminists on their room's computer.

OTOH, like the nutjob recently shot in Utah, it only takes one or two to cause problems. Figuring out who is dangerous and who is just a spineless geezer is the big puzzle for me. :)

You conveniently left out the part that he was violating a city noise ordinance in your first post.

So one cop says its okay for him to use the mike, and then another says its not, so instead of the cops just giving a warning, they decided to immediately cuff him and arrest him for using a mike yet queerdos, blm, antifa and naked protestors can and do scream at cops and destroy police vehicles, topple statues, and burn down businesses, but get to walk away without even an attempt by the cops to quell the illegal disturbances? Seems quite natural, don't ya think, or do you think at all?
