So it stays the same with a simple majority required to amend the states constitution instead of 60%.

Not sure why this is a big deal.

It's not really going to change anything.

I would hardly call this some sort of victory even if the measure passed it would be fairly meaningless. ]

Ohio Republicans are angry and in spin mode, because they thought this would be their firewall to prevent a simple majority of voters to enshrine the principle of reproductive freedom
