Towards the end of this clip Joke says, "I cut the federal budget by $1.7 trillion."
Well, in round numbers, the current federal budget is $6.2 trillion. Cutting $1.7 trillion to arrive at that number would amount to a 22% reduction in spending... A whopper of a repeated lie on his part.
His whispered lie at the beginning is also untrue. People making less than $400,000 have seen tax increases affect them both direct and indirectly.
