Then why are there people in charge of allowing logistic problems at a base when we aren't at war?
Who put them in charge, who put the guys in charge that put them in charge?
It all leads up to Biden, he is letting our military fail.

As a former contract cook on three Army bases (Munich/Ft Huachuca/Ft Lewis) let me tell you that normally when there are not enough Army cooks, as was sometimes happening even 20 years ago, normally a contractor takes over and runs the place until there are enough available cooks. Not sure why that did not happen here, but most likely it was about not spending the money, that the "We take the health and welfare of our Soldiers seriously and making sure our Soldiers have the sustenance necessary to them is a top priority," is BullShit.

I should mention that I was at the 593rd DFAC at Ft Lewis for a couple of years as a contract cook/shift leader, the unit that was supposed to be running it claimed that they did not have the cooks. It later turned out that most of the time they did but they were short personel so they used the cooks to pick up the slack, and the base contracted out the operation of the DFAC at great expense. There was a kerfuffle about that, I cant remember for sure but I think someone actually got in trouble for that.
