Georgia presents new problems for Trump

According to Reuters, Fulton County posted charges to their docket BEFORE the grand jury had even finished

This means the grand jury has been completely tainted

How can they objectively vote on charges when they've already heard of the decision to charge?

#BREAKING UPDATE (1:04 PM EST): The document posted to the Fulton County, GA court's website outlining Trump has been REMOVED.

No explanation as to why.

What's going on? Did Fani Willis go ahead and file without an indictment from the Grand Jury?!

Trump if convicted will win on appeal in everyone of the bogus cases. That is a gimme.

He would certainly appeal, and tie the case up for years in the Courts, but you are missing a main point, his trial could be televised, live for America to see, no infotainment talking heads framing the facts, real drama, just like OJ’s, and no way Trump comes out of that untouched

The secret service protecting him won't allow his incarceration in prison, vinny.
He's legally entitled to their protection for life, and they're not going to spend any time in prison.

We can't make the facts and reality go away.
Let's hope for house arrest instead of acquittal.

Trump will never go to jail, as I’ve said before, with his army of attorneys and accountants, any case will be delayed, postponed, and appealed every step of the way beyond his life span. And, he will get the full support and defense from a political party and major news network regardless throughout

They are all politically motivated and election interference.

Really, then explain to us how each case was presented with evidence to a Grand Jury and was given the green light? You going to tell us four Grand Juries are in on your supposed fix?

No it doesn’t, if accurate, just someone over reacting with anticipation, how does one fix a Grand Jury

For a state conviction he does meaning the Georgia case is irrelevant.

No he doesn’t, as I, actually the source, explained to your earlier, “only the Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles could issue a pardon to Trump if he is convicted of criminal charges in the state. Even then, the board can only consider a pardon if the convicted individual has fulfilled their sentence and five years have elapsed”

You appear to be right.

If Trump becomes POTUS the betting money should take the position that the Supreme Court would 'stay' the Georgia State case until his term as POTUS was done.

Despite what we may want, it would be unreasonable to think the POTUS could do his job and serve the country while in a State court.

And while that would be beneficial to see Trump taken off the board, you can just imagine a future where GOP State prosecutors would prosecute Dem POTUS on complete bogus charges just to take him off the board for the entirety of his term.
