I'm constantly reminded of The Dark Knight and how the mob (GOP) tried to get the Joker (Trump) to do their dirty work, but it just ends up biting them in the ass.
 
Personally, I want to watch the Democrat primary debates--if they even have any--just to see Joke Bribem incoherently babble his way through them, assuming he has the courage to even participate...

More of them are saying Trump won't be eligible to run due to the 14th Amendment. The debate should be interesting to see which path they choose.

Whataya mean, "last time around?" I constantly lambast Biden, and Trump, but Biden more, because they're useless turds. Doesn't change my comment. Bribem winning the last election has nothing to do with his hypothetical performance in upcoming debates during the 2024 election cycle. You are in the wrong conversation.
 
Even the "normal" debates are about people solving the world's problems in two minute sound bytes.

Helping things along
are all the mics being open at once
so that they can step on each other.

Plus the moderators asking stupid questions,
letting chaos take over,
also contribute greatly to the value.

The candidates say that they are personally going to do this and that,

but they can't sign a single bill that won't ever reach the president's desk.

When do the candidates ever emphasize their cabinet selections,
assuming they can can get them past the senate,
when presiding over his/her cabinet is the main job of the president, hence the title?

Nobody with even the slightest modicum of political sophistication
should ever take the televised debates seriously.

LOL, President Obama handed Trump a sound economy headed for growth after the last GOP-ig loser had trashed it. And Trump and all his Maga nuts are rallying for a man, THAT DID ABOSLUTELY N.O.T.H.I.N.G, BUT UNDO EVERY LEGISLATION THAT WAS PUT IN PLACE TO HELP THE NATION, INCLUDING GUTTING THE CDC, which doomed this nation during COVID. This maniac rode the wave of prosperity on the heels of the Obama administration and spent 99.99% of his first year, complaining about Obama, deregulate key legislation, cage illegal babies and still the immigration numbers increased, complain about his crowd size, giving secrets away to Russia in the oval office, stuffing his family's pockets with tax payer money, sucking up to the rich, dismantling our constitution and government and hating on our allies and last but certainly not least, kickin it with our enemies in Russia and N. Korea...so I don't know WTF his followers are wanting out of this monster save for the fact he's a racist and adores his white racist fans!! But truth and facts to racist Trump fans, mean nada....so his not showing up, like gives a F, his fans will never ever ever go to anybody else but Trump.....I just hope he goes to prison....SOON
