Trumpism Isn't a Matter of Justice / Injuctice

Hello Phantasmal,

Poli,

Howdy! Always good to see you!

Thank you. Glad to see you're still here. Loving life as usual. Would be nicer if deplorable people would either nice up or crawl back under rocks...

I'm really looking forward to a post-Trump world.

I sincerely hope for the good of America that he gets put away for a long time. It's what the country needs.

Hello Concart,

Careful with the stereotypes. That can lead to a jaded outlook.

I just added the Republican label. Apparently anyone who ever testified against Trump is an 'asshole'.

I am more optimistic right now than I have been in 15 years. The voters are about to reclaim the country. And the opposition is now feckless. Apparently, they can't read poll numbers.

I’m ready to move on as well!

He filed lawsuits like hundreds before him have.

Look at Bush/Gore and how many recounts went on.

And when he lost them all he committed crimes to stay in power. But you're good with that. You've even admitted that one little felony is no big deal. Just wow.

I refuse to stoop to that level. It's such a nasty chore trying to get the stink off my feet.

I share that optimism. We could be seeing the light at the end of the Trump tunnel of darkness in our politics. Picture this: Trump goes down in flames. He is prevented from the ballot in several states under the 14th. That sinks any glimmer of reelection fantasies. He is convicted; loses all his appeals, begins serving time. There is nobody that can excite his base the way he did. His base gradually vanishes back into extremist obscurity. The Republican party is reborn and tries to make a come-back. They would likely make some inroads due to all the election suppression and gerrymandering, and Fox; but they won't be as appealing with the stench of Trump hanging over them. America recovers from these dark ages and moves forward.

Maybe people will begin to get serious about anti-corruption! The American Anti Corruption Act could experience a surge in support. That would be great.

I'm like Andy Dufresne in Shawshank. I'm gonna come out clean on the other side ;)

We've rediscovered the fact that voting makes a difference. In Kansas, Ohio, Montana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Minnesota..... things are changing. And the election next year will speed the process. if you are an up and coming LEADER (not spineless coward) who is a Republican, why would you want your name on next years ballot? Answer: You wouldn't. Because telling the truth gets you booed, and probably even gets you death threats. There will be time for post mortems, but right now, we must rid ourselves of this cult. That's the only thing that matters.

You didn't refused to stoop to this level:

Cheering the death and economic harm to millions of Americans and their families caused by the China virus...again.

Polltaker:

"Dive, market, DIVE!

Take DT down with you.

"Sometimes things have to get worse before they can get better.

We're going down.

BZZZZZT! BZZZZZT! BZZZZZT!

Dive! Dive! Dive!"

He is alleged to have committed crimes.

Unlike people like you, most people don't convict him until a court of law does.

Everyone is entitled to a defense in this nation.

Would that be wise? They would be subject to cross examination and that would hurt Trump in the long run.

Not seeing how that would hurt Trump in any way, they are already going after him.

The goal of the legal team would be to instill reasonable doubt on the jury, they really have nothing to lose.

OMFG how goddamn stupid are you? Don't answer. No they can't. Would you take a goddamn civics class. Please?

P.S.

EVERY KEY WITNESS WAS A MEMBER OF THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION OR SUPPORTED TRUMP. EVERY ONE.

The trial hasn't begun yet.

Once it does they will be calling in all sorts of government employees who are related to the case.

We are still in the discovery process for them so they are not only gathering evidence but figuring out their strategy.

Calling people who witnessed his crimes isn’t going to plant doubt.

So, if he is convicted of a felony, will you vote for him? Yes or no.

Who? Name one. Just one. Who is going on the stand with exculpatory evidence. I'll wait.

They have every piece of evidence that Jack Smith has. In electronic format.
