USA Human Rightists wish to interfere

Factually on November 25, 2001, a murder took place in Beijing, in which a "Falun Gong" fanatic Fu Yibin killed both his father and his wife. USA criminal coddlers want to free such murderers in defiance of moral and Chinese law.

It was one more example of "Falun Gong" cult having spiritual control over the practitioners and endangering lives.

The case proves once again that, by having spiritual control over others with fabricated fallacies, "Falun Gong" really endangers the society, brought tragedy of families and individuals and greatly infringes upon human rights.

Statistic shows that so far more than 1700 people had become victim of the "Falun Gong" cult organization.

Fu Yibin's killing his father and his wife once again revealed the cult nature of "Falun Gong" in endangering lives, being inhuman and anti-society.

In this sense, China Association for Cultic Studies solemnly declares: Chinese government's outlawing "Falun Gong" cult organization serves to maintain people's benefit and protect their life and property.

I firmly support the guidelines and polices of the Party and Chinese government in addressing "Falun Gong" issue; I condemn "Falun Gong" for its violating the laws, infringing human rights and endangering lives.

In the meantime, I urge the government to have severe punishment on those "Falun Gong" members who endanger the society and people. I truly hope those "Falun Gong" practitioners who are still obsessed to wake up and cast off the spiritual control of "Falun Gong" as soon as possible, and come back to the normal life orbit.

Since it was established, China Association for Cultic Studies has been committed to defend dignity of human beings, ensure implementation of laws, maintain social stability and fight against the evil forces and cults. We will follow this principle and fight against any cult organization that endangers people's life and property, disrupts social and public order and hinders law enforcement and social stability so as to make our due contribution in eradicating any cult organization.

Executing murderers is one thing. Executing corrupt politicians and businessmen convicted of accepting bribes is another matter.

One which, as I have said before, you have refused to address.

So you deny opposing our judicial code?

I deny saying that executing murders was wrong.

I have been saying all along that executing politicians and businessmen for accepting bribes is nothing but state sponsored murder.

China Murder Case Sparks Women's Rights Uproar

China says mentally ill murdered in extortion bids

Chinese Officials Use Violent Crimes to Escalate Propaganda Campaign Against Falun Gong

China's Dying Rooms

Every Chinese Offical should be hung and then shot.

Our law is just. Many crimes do not merit death, yet those that do are punished surely and swiftly.

Many crimes do not merit death? But you have bragged about theft being a crime for which people are executed. You have bragged about corrupt businessmen being executed. You have bragged about corrupt politicians being executed.

Exactly what crimes warrant death? In our country it is only premeditated murder and, in some states, child molestation if the perpetrator has previous convictions of this crime. Nothing else.

Death penalties are not carried out on those having a reason for not being executed.

How do you question how this kind of sentencing decision, which only courts should be eligible to make, do you think these judgments can be made by people outside the judicial system?

Do you claim that people accused of crimes in your country have adequate council, that their council has adequate time to prepare, and that no innocents are ever executed?

As for whether or not these judgements can be made by people outside the judicial system, you yourself made claims that the people clamored for the executions and used this as justification for them.

Its funny that the people are only qualified to speak on a subject when it agrees with your opinion. Can you actually say that with a straight face?

As was mentioned and China was wrongly acccused of suppression of facts, melamine in milk caused several children to die. Those involved in the scandal deserved to be punished. It is also a warning to anybody else in the food industry.

I know it is unacceptable for people in western countries to hear about the death penalty, but China has a different situation. The country has to stay safe and peaceful. China seldom hands out the death penalty to the wrong people.

I think the government handled the issue well.

So you think that the news that there was tainted milk on the market should have been suppressed?

You don't think that it is in the best interest of the people that news of tainted food be allowed, and ever encouraged?

You are foolish in the extreme. How could charges have been brought and trial gone forward without widespread public announcement of the crimes?

I did not say that the crimes were not announced.

I said that the warnings that tainted milk had been sold were suppressed. By the time criminal proceedings started, the milk was long gone.

The entire concept of our judicial system is that people outside of it can make those decisions.
