Additionally there are 26 other special improvement districts for specific companies in Florida, none touched.

He also said that as a result of their criticism he will be looking into special taxes on Disney hotels and building a prison next to the parks, whether he does it or not shows his intent.

Do you have a citation to suggest the planes were laid down long before the move was made?

DeSantis said that his move to remove the improvement district started "with the parents bill of rights".

DeSantis is the first person I thought of after watching this. Followed by Texas, which has the most book bans in 2022.

COERCING MY ASS, as all the Biden Administration asked from the media- is to be more responsible in their News casts and communications!

The court's action comes after Biden's administration earlier on Thursday asked the court to put the lower court's order on hold while it prepares a formal appeal. AND A FORMAL APPEAL WILL BE FORTHCOMING!

The reckless ruling by the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals came in litigation against the administration by the Republican attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana and a group of social media users. The administration called the decision "startling," saying it would interfere with how the White House, FBI and health officials address matters of public concern and security.

SO I would not break out any bottles of Champagne just yet TRUMPTARDS, as the matter has not been ADDRESSED BY THE FULL SUPREME COURT!

We'll see if it will be legal or allowed for someone to run through a crowded theater and scream FIRE just for thrills!

In fact, Biden was trying to stop right-wing lies about Covid in the interest of public safety. Public health is one of the things the government is supposed to fight for. He has excellent justification since the right lied about Covid, Fauci and the vaccines.
It is not like Texas and Florida banning books for mind control and disinformation.

Yes, and probably correctly so. It appears they stepped over the line into coercion.

Hopefully, that coercion saved a few lives in the meantime. But, people do have the right to post lies and distortions, this forum being a perfect example, even though lives may be at stake. Too bad those that buy into those lies are the most vulnerable, but I guess it is a way to thin the herd.
