First, it seems Joe Biden back when his son Bagman was taking payola, bribes, and other graft from foreign leaders and corporations had the same sort of shell LLC's his kid did. At least one of them was named CelticCapri.

In 2017 and 2018 Joke claimed a total income for that period of $12.6 million. Then, when he started looking at running for President his income suddenly dropped to $7.4 million for the same period on official federal filings for income disclosure required for running for federal office.

Did Joke really have roughly 40% drop in income? Which number is correct? Why this huge difference and discrepancy?

They weren't shell LLC's, they were "S" corporations and they're perfectly legal.

I never said they weren't. Being legal in terms of being formed and such doesn't mean they were being used for legal purposes.

A shell corporation is one in name only. Both Hunter's and his dad's LLC's did nothing that would generate income. They weren't selling a good or service. They didn't have paid employees. That's the very definition of a shell corporation.

"Material participation" usually means the same thing as aid and abet in terms of crimes. For example, if you are the get away driver, you are materially participating in the crime you are driving those who committed it away from.

In the Biden's case, the mere fact that Hunter took payola, bribes, and other gifts and cash from clients and his dad even just by being on the call or meeting Hunter's clients over dinner or a photo op was materially participating in whatever Hunter was doing. It's not like daddy dearest didn't know Hunter was in "business." He clearly did.

Non-passive income is income earned by participation. That is, you get a wage, payment for services, or other payment for doing something within the business.

It's amazing that trump fans can talk about Joe's tax returns but screamed and stomped their feet that they were supposed to be private when trump refused to release his.

I repeatedly said when Trump wouldn't release his, that that was his choice and nothing more.

What I pointed out here is, that Joke for the years 2017 and 2018 reported $12.6 million in income to the IRS. Then, when he had to disclose his finances in detail to the Federal Election Commission, he told them for the same period he made only $7.4 million. Where'd the other $5.2 million go?

so Jo released his taxes but didn't report his income and didn't pay his taxes........Trump reported his income and paid his taxes but didn't release his taxes.......which one broke the law?......
