If you think shell corps are inherently tools of corruption, you must be upset at Trump's. He has over 500 of them. The new IRS staff has such tax tools targeted. But Repubs do not want them to be funded.

No, they aren't inherently corrupt. Normally they are set up for genuine business reasons such as protecting those setting it up while doing something that involves risk like business start ups, innovation and charting new ground, that sort of thing.

When a shell corporation does nothing productive, has no employees or obvious business purpose, yet brings in millions and then disburses that money to persons outside the corporation as well as owners without putting so much as a nickel into the business, then they're just a tool for money laundering and criminal activity.
 
All that money came from speaking engagements and book deals. Our resident nazi is stupid and lazy. Like the rest of the Nazis.

Biden only took a 2% salary on 12.6 million income in his S Corp. You don't have to pay payroll taxes on disbursements but you do on salary so Bribem did not follow IRS rules and claimed unreasonably low salary to avoid hundreds of thousands in payroll taxes at a 3.8% rate. Most accountants use a 50/50 rule or a 60/40 rule to determine what a "Reasonable Salary" but Joke Bribem used 2%/98%. That would have NEVER flown had the IRS audited him. Bribem is a tax cheat just like his son.
